The hotel room was reasonably large and featured a Jacuzzi tub. I greatly enjoyed the wake-up service offered by the property. The location was perfect, very close to hiking and the Blue Ridge Parkway. A cool bonus was the nearby Heavenly Fudge Shoppe that offered tea and coffee.

The hotel is overall clean, has views of the mountains all around you. Exceptionally helpful people that welcomes you in. It has a comfortable and quiet location very close to Kentucky and the attractions in Cherokee. And it's by Oconaluftee River. No complaints whatsoever here, I can recommend.

The location was perfect for exploring nature, with Mingo Falls nearby and GREAT dining options just across the street. The staff, especially Amy, were super friendly and helpful. We loved the peaceful atmosphere and proximity to the national park. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room had all the amenities we needed, and the extra touches like a laundry bag and charging cube were mind-blowing. Highly recommended for an amazing stay!
